B2B Volume Service

Service of Process & Bulk Service Solutions

Most process servers hand back a non-est and an invoice. We locate the defendant first, then serve them — which is why our completion rate on the files everyone else returned is what it is.

Service backed by the skip trace

A failed service is almost never a serving problem. It is a location problem. When the address on the summons is stale, no amount of attempts at that address will fix it — you get three non-attempts, a bill, and a file that is now three weeks older.

We are an investigative agency that serves process, not the reverse. When an address fails, the file moves straight into a locate — proprietary local records and privately sourced OSINT — and service is re-attempted at the developed address. One vendor, one file, one invoice, no handoff.

Bulk and volume submission

Built for firms and agencies moving files at scale: collections portfolios, eviction and landlord-tenant calendars, high-volume debt litigation, subpoena campaigns, and corporate legal departments with recurring filings.

  • Batch submission by spreadsheet or portfolio file
  • Sliding-scale pricing that falls as sustained volume rises
  • Consistent affidavit format across the whole batch
  • Portfolio-level status reporting, not file-by-file emails
  • Standing engagement terms and consolidated invoicing
  • Priority handling on calendar-driven deadlines
  • Integrated locate on any file that fails at the given address
  • Nationwide coverage through licensed local association

Evasive defendants

Deliberate evasion is a distinct discipline: pattern-of-life development, employment and vehicle confirmation, timing attempts to when the subject is actually there, and documenting the evasion itself. Where a defendant is genuinely unserveable, that record becomes your motion.

Diligence affidavits for alternative service

When personal service fails, what you need is not another attempt — it is a diligence record a court will accept. Every attempt is documented with date, time, location, and observation, and the accompanying locate report shows what was searched and where. That is the showing that supports a motion for service by publication, posting, or mail.

What we serve

Summons and complaints, subpoenas, writs of garnishment, orders to show cause, supplemental proceedings notices, evictions and notices to quit, small claims, family law process, and demand and default notices. Filing and court runner services are available on request.

Sending volume to a server who returns non-ests?

Send us the batch everyone else gave back. That's the comparison worth running.
